Mr. Yao was invited to deliver speeches on September 30 and November 23 2024 at two prestigious educational institutions in Singaporethe Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) and the National University of Singapore (NUS). These institutions play a vital role in cultivating talents across various industries in Singapore.
In a heartfelt, two-hour presentation, Mr. Yao generously shared his 40+ years of entrepreneurial journey, insights, stories of ups and downs, and his aspirations for the future of Hi-P. He encouraged the youngsters, stating that entrepreneurs must possess a bit of "recklessness," and regardless of circumstances or age, one should always be ambitious.
This presentation was also featured in the financial section of Singapore's Lianhe Zaobao on October 10.
